The Quinta do Furão (manor house) is a beautiful four-star hotel situated on cliff top at Achada do Gramacho in the Municipality of Santana, surrounded by vineyards and with sensational views over the coastline.
As you can see from this cam feed, you get fabulous views out over the ocean, to Rocha do Navio Natural Reserve and surrounding coastal area, all the way to Ponta de São Lourenço. On a clear day, you can also see Porto Santo Island and Pico Ruivo, Madeira's highest peak.
Every year in September, guests and visitors are invited to Quinta do Furão vineyards for grape harvest celebrations, where they can participate in grape picking and wine making.
Santana is well-known for its vibrantly coloured traditional small-thatched triangular houses and breathtaking Levada walks.
