Ikea is preparing to consolidate its operation on the island of Madeira, where it plans to create a planning studio to assist customers.
The world-renowned Swedish furniture company Ikea will strengthen its connection to Madeira, which began in 2021 in partnership with Logislink, with the installation of a collection point in a warehouse to supply its products to the Madeiran population.
The new space of direct contact with the customer will be born in Funchal with the creation of a studio that, among other services, provides the customer with the planning of various solutions for their homes or offices, quickly and free of charge, under the guidance of a professional, who will then take care of the entire ordering process.
The personalised service to the public, which can be done by appointment or simply by visiting the location, is already taking place in a provisional manner in the Plaza Madeira Shopping Centre, where it is expected to permanently have a physical shop.
