The Port of Funchal is being visited today by one of the world's most luxurious and stunning yachts, the Lürssen KISMET.
The 95.2m (312.34ft) long Custom motor superyacht ‘KISMET’ was delivered by luxury yacht builders Lürssen in 2014 after being built under the supervision of the Moran yacht construction team.
The stunning exterior of this award-winning superyacht was designed by Espen Oeino, and the interior in a luxurious style by Reymond Langton Design, a world-renowned firm.
The master cabin has a private deck with a Jacuzzi and access to the yacht's helicopter. The yacht can accommodate 16 guests in 8 sumptuous staterooms and carry 28 crew members at once. A large sundeck with a swimming pool, full-service spa, and a one-of-a-kind retractable outdoor fireplace were among the other amenities.
Kismet is estimated to be worth $200 million, plus 1.2 million per week in rent, excluding food, fuel, and dockage costs.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé rented the yacht in 2018 while on vacation in Italy, and it was also featured in the 2019 Netflix film “6 Underground”, starring Ryan Reynolds.
