This weekend, Wanderlust 108 will be held at Santa Catarina Park.
As part of the 2023 Nature Festival, Santa Catarina Park in Funchal is gearing up to host the grand finale of the national Wanderlust 108 tour on October 8th. This event is all about fostering physical well-being and a deep connection with the natural world, offering a unique opportunity to liberate the mind and rejuvenate the body. Following successful events in Lisbon on September 24th and Porto on October 1st, the yoga mats will once again be laid out in the picturesque setting of Madeira for the second consecutive year.
Wanderlust 108 is a day-long celebration of mindful movement, featuring a triathlon experience like no other. The Mindful Triathlon begins at 9:00 am (participants must arrive at 8:00 am for check-in and to visit the Kula Market), with a High-Intensity Hiit workout, followed by 1 hour and 30 minutes of yoga and meditation, all set amidst the serenity of your favourite park. After the triathlon, you can participate in a variety of activities throughout the day, such as hula-hooping, pilates, aerial yoga, and acroyoga, or attend workshops and a lecture by one of your favourite speakers.
Make sure to stop by the Kula Market for some healthy food and artisanal items.
Tickets are available at wanderlust/events. Individual tickets start at €20, and VIP tickets include a goodie bag filled with products from event partners.
Admission is free for children under the age of 12.
