The cable car at Achadas da Cruz (Porto Moniz) is an attractive and modern means of transport making the connection between Achadas da Cruz and the Fajã da Quebrada Nova by the beach.

Don't be surprised if you see farmers coming up with their crops. Many locals have their lands down there, and facilitating their access was one of the main reasons that led to the installation of this cable car.
